SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC

We process and ship all orders within 2–5 business days. Free shipping on all US orders over $50.

INTERNATIONAL

We DO ship international because we know that riders overseas would love to get their hands on our gloves. BUT, there is no free shipping for international shipping as of now. Shipping prices vary

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Notus Gloves is NOT responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once they have been handed to the carrier. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to find a solution.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday,excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at Notusgloves@gmail.com. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always communicate any delays.

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50

Shipping times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. We ship via USPS and UPS depending on your location.
