. Return Eligibility and Window
We accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of the date of delivery for online orders.
To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must meet the following conditions:
• Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged by the buyer.
• Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and components intact.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid original receipt, gift receipt, or online order confirmation is required for all returns.
II. Refund Options
Upon acceptance of a return, the customer will be given the option to receive one of the following, at the buyer's option, provided the merchandise has not been used or damaged by the buyer:
• A credit to the original payment method.
III. Conditions and Exceptions
Please note the following conditions and exceptions to our policy:
• Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (i.e., incorrect or defective item).

• Package the merchandise securely and include a copy of the original receipt.
